How Axis reminds you about new appointments
New appointments alert you automatically. Change how below — it applies to every appointment you book.
💡 Double-click any day on the calendar above to add an event straight to your calendar.
Ask Axis about your schedule
Try “when's my next appointment”, “what's on today”, or “book a roof estimate at 3pm Thursday”.
Your calendars
Connect in one click — you'll sign in on the provider's own page, then you're done.
Add a calendar by link (Google, Outlook, iCloud…)
Paste a calendar's share link, hit Test link, then Subscribe. Add as many as you like — Axis merges them all.
Where do I find my calendar link? (30 seconds)
Google Calendar (do this on a computer — the phone app doesn't show these settings):
- Go to calendar.google.com and sign in.
- Click the gear icon (top-right) → Settings.
- In the left sidebar, under “Settings for my calendars,” click the name of the calendar you want.
- Scroll down to the “Integrate calendar” section.
- Copy the “Secret address in iCal format” (it ends in
/basic.ics) and paste it below.
⚠️ Use the Secret address — not the “Public address” right above it. The Public one only works if you’ve shared your whole calendar publicly, so it usually comes back empty.
Apple iCloud — go to iCloud.com → Calendar → click the share icon next to a calendar → turn on Public Calendar → copy the link.
Outlook / Microsoft 365 — go to outlook.com (on the web) → Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → publish a calendar → copy the ICS link.
Yahoo & others — open your calendar's website and look for Share, Publish, or Export; copy the address ending in .ics.
