Waiting on you
Needs reconnecting
Axis needs a few things from you
Each one takes about a minute, and each one makes Axis better at your job.
The numbers, if you want them
What your customers are saying
Every call, text, email and message Axis handled for you — the whole conversation, not just the last line. Search it, filter it by channel or by who dealt with it, or download the lot.
No conversations yet.
Leads Axis filed for you
Anyone who got in touch and left enough to chase — a name, a number, what they need. Axis files them as the calls and texts come in, so nothing is sitting in a voicemail nobody played. Flag one Needs you and it stays at the top until you deal with it.

Your running task list
Everything you've asked Axis to remember, however you asked — said on a call, texted, or added here. Give something a day and it'll remind you; say "no rush" and it won't.
Axis keeps this list too — say “add a task”, “what’s on my list”, or “what should I do first” on a call or a text, and it lands here.
Nothing open — your list is clear.
Social inbox — what people post about you
Comments and messages people leave on your pages, gathered in one place so you don't have to go looking. Axis checks every few minutes — reply here and it posts under your business name.
The post-reading add-on isn't on. Enable it to have Axis read posts, comments, and mentions on your connected accounts. Billed per post, or a flat rate for high-volume pages.
No posts read yet.
Old form submissions
Your forms are now workflows. Each one has been copied over automatically and works the same way — Axis asks each field one at a time, reads the answers back, and emails them to you. The difference is that a workflow follows the steps exactly instead of being described to her, so she can't skip a question or finish early.
Edit them under Settings → Workflows, where you can also add decisions, recordings and actions. Everything below is kept so your past submissions stay readable.

Step-by-step tasks Axis runs
Start from
Pick something close to what you want and change the wording — every one of these is a finished, working flow.
Let Axis build it
- Describe it
- Check the steps
- Build it
Say what should happen, the way you'd explain it to a new hire. Axis writes the steps and the wording; you approve every part before anything is saved.
These are the steps Axis will take, in order. Reword anything, drop what you don't need, add what's missing — then build it.
Try this workflow
Type what a caller would say. Nothing is really sent or booked — actions just report what they would have done.
Waiting to go out
Say “call Amber at 2pm”, “text Dana in ten minutes”, or “call me at 8:30 tomorrow and read me my day” — or press “+ Add to the queue”.
Nothing waiting to go out.
Forms — what customers told Axis
Every time Axis runs one of these on a call, a text or the web, what she captured lands here.
Nothing has run yet.

Calendar
Everything Axis has booked, alongside whatever is already on the calendars you've connected. Book here or just tell Axis on the phone — it lands in the same place either way, and the customer gets the confirmation.
—
Click any event for details and to turn on a reminder. Appointments Axis books show here too, and time you block out for yourself stops Axis booking over it. 💡 Double-click any day to add an event straight to your calendar.
Appointments
Your upcoming schedule — appointments Axis books plus events from your connected calendars, combined.
Nothing upcoming.
Book an appointment
How Axis reminds you about new appointments
New appointments alert you automatically. Change how below — it applies to every appointment you book.
Availability for customers
How customers can book: your weekly business hours, or only the exact slots listed here. Slots always flow around what's already on the calendar — nothing can double-book.
Blanket a date range with slots
Upcoming slots
Booked slots stop being offered on their own. Remove one here and customers can no longer pick it.
Your calendars
Calendars Axis should check
Unticked calendars are ignored — their events won't block appointment times or show on your calendar.
Say whose each calendar is and Axis answers “what's on my day?” with that person's own appointments instead of everybody's. The whole company's is a real answer, not a blank — those calendars count for everyone, and it's what every calendar starts as.
Switching a calendar off sticks — Axis never ticks one back on by itself. That includes calendars it switched off for you when you removed a team member: they stay off, and filed under the whole company, until you tick them on again here.
Connect in one click — you'll sign in on the provider's own page, then you're done.
Add a calendar by link (Google, Outlook, iCloud…)
Paste a calendar's share link, hit Test link, then Subscribe. Add as many as you like — Axis merges them all.
Where do I find my calendar link? (30 seconds)
Google Calendar (do this on a computer — the phone app doesn't show these settings):
- Go to calendar.google.com and sign in.
- Click the gear icon (top-right) → Settings.
- In the left sidebar, under “Settings for my calendars,” click the name of the calendar you want.
- Scroll down to the “Integrate calendar” section.
- Copy the “Secret address in iCal format” (it ends in
/basic.ics) and paste it below.
⚠️ Use the Secret address — not the “Public address” right above it. The Public one only works if you’ve shared your whole calendar publicly, so it usually comes back empty.
Apple iCloud — go to iCloud.com → Calendar → click the share icon next to a calendar → turn on Public Calendar → copy the link.
Outlook / Microsoft 365 — go to outlook.com (on the web) → Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → publish a calendar → copy the ICS link.
Yahoo & others — open your calendar's website and look for Share, Publish, or Export; copy the address ending in .ics.

Your email — handled by your Axis secretary
Your business inbox, with Axis reading it and drafting replies. It won't send anything on your behalf without showing you first — and anything it can't answer stays here waiting for you.
Turn on your own business email address, run by your Axis secretary. Customers can email you, and you can send from it — all under your own name.

Automation
Let Axis work leads and confirm appointments on its own — and decide exactly when it should hand things to a person. You control every word it sends; the defaults are ready to go.
Follow up with leads automatically
When a lead doesn't book, Axis texts a friendly nudge (with real open times + a booking link) on a gentle cadence, then flags anyone who needs a personal touch.
New leads still arrive and are always visible — Axis just waits for you to confirm they're a real customer before sending any follow-up. Leave this off if you'd rather every lead be chased straight away, including overnight.
Placeholders: {name} {business} {job} {slots} {link}
Confirm appointments with you
Before each appointment, Axis asks you to confirm the time. If it's still unconfirmed close to the start, it can text the customer to pick a new time — so a slot you can't make doesn't sit there dead.
Placeholders: {name} {business} {job} {date} {time} {link}
Ask the customer directly
Axis contacts the customer before the appointment and asks whether they're still coming — YES confirms it, NO cancels it, and you're told either way. Texts and calls go out only between 8am and 9pm your time; outside those hours a customer with an email address is emailed instead. If they never answer, you get one heads-up before the appointment.
One reminder, on the other channel when they have one (a missed text becomes an email). Never in the final hours before the appointment — that's when you get the heads-up instead.
Text delivery
Every text is tracked from send to delivery. Recent failures show up here so nothing slips by silently.
Outreach sequences
Author your own follow-ups — an estimate check-in, a review ask after a job. Up to 5 messages, at least 2 hours apart, done within 30 days. A reply always stops the sequence, texts wait for daytime hours, and opt-outs are honored automatically.

What the weekly review found
Once a week Axis re-reads her own conversations and flags the ones worth your eyes — a question she couldn't answer, a phrasing she didn't recognise, a claim worth double-checking. Open one to read the conversation and fix it in a click.
Nothing flagged. She'll look again next week.

Conversation review
Once a week, Axis re-reads its own conversations and flags the ones worth your eyes — an unanswered question, a phrase that should route to a flow, a reply to double-check. Acting on one lands a real improvement: an FAQ answer you write, a trigger phrase (checked against your other flows first), or a saved test case.
Try Axis
Talk to your assistant exactly as a customer would — on a call, a text, Messenger or email. Nothing is sent to anyone, no lead is filed and nothing lands on your calendar. Use it to shape the wording before a real customer ever writes in.
What Axis has captured
The checklist it works through. If something never fills in, that's what to fix.
Let an AI customer test a workflow
An AI plays a customer and walks the workflow start to finish — right here in the rehearsal, so nothing is sent, filed or booked. You read the conversation and the verdict.
